Takedown requests
How rights holders, creators and people shown in a video can ask Tiny Desk AI to remove or re-credit content.
Last updated: October 28, 2026
Tiny Desk AI is a fan-made tool with no tie to NPR, Tiny Desk Concerts, Charlie Wilson, The Gap Band, Bulin 47, Kevin Wai or 47 Music LLC. We take their rights, and the rights of every creator whose post appears here, seriously, and we act quickly on requests.
Who can write to us
- Owners of the rights in a reference clip or its sound, such as the songs "Outstanding" and "Dame Hombro".
- The creator of a TikTok post that one of our effects follows as its reference clip.
- Creators whose video is shown on one of our pages as an example.
- Any person who appears in a video on this site, or whose photo was used without their agreement.
Put this in your email
Send it to support@tiny-desk-ai.net:
- your name and how you are connected to the material;
- the page address, or a description of the video;
- whether you want it removed or credited differently;
- for a copyright claim, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, and that what you have told us is accurate.
After we receive it
You get an answer within 5 business days. Example clips are taken down or re-credited as requested. If the owners of a reference clip ask us to stop, we withdraw that effect and make no new videos with it; credits you have not used remain refundable under the Refund Policy.
