A render failed
The credits come back automatically. Check your balance under Credits; if they did not, write to us with the time of the video.

Use Takedown requests and we remove it.
Cannot sign in
Tiny Desk AI signs you in with Google. If the window closes without signing you in, allow pop-ups for tiny-desk-ai.net or try another browser, then write to us if it still fails.
A video looks wrong
Send us the video and the photos you used. A face that slips in the wide band shot, or a stranger who looks too much like a friend, helps us improve the Tiny Desk AI studio.

How fast does Tiny Desk AI reply?
Within 5 business days, usually sooner.
Can I get my Tiny Desk AI video redone?
Each video is a new render from your photos. If a render failed, the credits are back; if it finished but looks wrong, write to us with the video and we take a look.
Where do I see my Tiny Desk AI orders and credits?
Signed in, open Credits or Orders from the account menu. Every purchase and every video that used credits is listed there.
Can I write to Tiny Desk AI in another language?
Yes. Write in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian or Arabic; we reply in English or your language.
How do I delete my photos and videos?
Delete a video from My videos, or your whole account from Settings. Uploaded photos are deleted after 7 days anyway.
