Refund Policy
When Tiny Desk AI refunds a payment and how failed renders are credited back.
Last updated: October 28, 2026
A video that fails costs nothing
When a video fails, is stopped by the safety check or runs out of time, Tiny Desk AI puts its credits back in your balance by itself. There is nothing to request.
When we give money back
| Situation | Refund |
|---|---|
| A credit pack you have not used | Yes, within 14 days of buying it |
| The first payment of a plan, no credits used | Yes, within 14 days |
| A double or mistaken charge, or credits that never arrived | Yes |
| A long outage on our side that keeps you from using paid credits | Yes |
| Credits already spent on a video | No |
| A plan renewal you meant to cancel, once that period's credits are used | No |
| Not liking a video that rendered correctly (the examples show the trend before you pay) | No |
| Problems caused by photos that break the Terms of Service | No |
Your rights under the consumer law of your country are not reduced by this policy.
Stopping a plan
Open Orders in your account and cancel whenever you like. The next renewal will not happen, and credits you already have stay usable until they expire.
Closing your account
Closing the account cancels future renewals for you. It does not refund the period already paid, and that period's credits disappear with the account, so ask for any refund you are still entitled to before closing it. If we charge a renewal after you asked to close the account, we cancel the plan and return that charge.
How to request a refund
Write to support@tiny-desk-ai.net from your account's email address, with the order number and a line about what happened. You will hear back within 5 business days. Approved refunds go to the card or method you paid with; banks can take 5 to 10 business days to show them.
